Living close to the country side (which is basically everywhere in Switzerland :-D) you get to enjoy the different seasons more intensely. Around here there are a lot of farms as well, and you get to watch the growing process of all kinds of crops and produce. Some of the farming patches stay “empty” each year, to keep the soil fertile. Those patches of land turn into great wild flower fields during the summer and it’s really beautiful to look at. Not only from afar but especially when you look closely!
The other day I took my camera to snap a few pictures and I found that the best trick to capture the wild flowers was to hold my camera right into the grass field. Even though it was kind of tricky to get good shots, I love how the pictures turned out, showing a unique perspective. This is probably how a ladybug would see the world 😉
