This week I made this fruit salad and it tasted so good that I have to share it with you. I had it for breakfast but it would actually make a really nice dessert! You could make a big bowl of it and bring it to a summer picnic – you get the picture? 😉 It’s also very quick to make!
Of course you can freestyle the ingredients and also add more or less of the sirup. This is how I made it:
Sweet Summer Fruit Salad
Ingredients for 2
- 1 apple
- 1 nectarine
- 1 banana
- 2 hand full blueberries
- 2 tbsp elderflower sirup
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground vanilla
- 4 mint leaves (chopped)
Just cut all the fruit in pieces and then add sirup, vanilla and chopped mint leaves. Done!
